This is the second T&N mattress in our home. Great mattress and incredibly comfortable. My back pain is gone. I would have liked the edges to be a little stronger and firmer.

We have been sleeping on a Temperpedic mattress for 10+ years. This mattress is dry comfortable, firm without being too firm, and doesn’t jostle me when my husband moves. We are very happy, and consider the price a bargain!

Very comfortable and great if you are prone to back pain. I never have back issues anymore after using the tuft and needle mattresses. I had the basic version from tuft and needle a few years ago, which I liked, but I think the mint is a step up and definitely worth the extra money.

It's a new experience, sleeping on a foam mattress. It is soft but supportive of my body, both on my back and my side. The only thing I haven't been able to experience yet is whether it will be warming or not during the summer months - otherwise I would have given it 5 stars

I am a 6'-1", 200 lb. side sleeper. I have owned a Mint mattress for approximately 2 months, using it nightly. Prior to purchasing this mattress, I have been using full-depth waterbeds for over 45 years. I have always been very happy with the comfort and support these mattresses provide. However, they are a lot of work to move. And my waveless waterbed was nearing the end of it's expected lifetime. So I chose to try something different (and easier to move) this time. I considered a full natural latex (superior support, but very expensive) and a "Sleep Number" (very complex as well as expensive). After checking reviews, I gave the Tuft & Needle Mint a try. It is very well made, I really like the material covering, and performs as advertised. But it does not have enough give in the hip area for a side sleeper like me. I need to turn over several times a night to ease hip soreness caused by pressure points in that area. Other than that, I find the sleep very restful and I wake up after 8 hours fully rested and ready to start the day. I don't even need to set my alarm clock, as I wake within a few minutes every day. I was concerned about reports of strong odors from the mattress. These are not exaggerated. The odor was strong the first week, and since has subsided to the point I only notice it when turning down the bed at night. I am considering adding a topper, but am concerned about heat being trapped. I live in the desert and summer temperatures can be a problem for sleeping. If the very deep (12") foam could be made to have a bit more give in it for side sleepers like me and the manufacturing odors reduced, this would rate as a 5-star mattress.
