Comfortable, easy to order, knew exactly what to expect on the easy set up. Only thing I'm a bit disappointed in is that it sleeps a bit hot but I do live in the AZ desert. Not enough to not give it less than a 10!!!

the pillow is of high quality but it is too "fluffy" for us. We like a flatter style pillow.

previous to purchasing this mattress, we had a sleep number for 3 years witch was a nightmare, and before that we had a tempurpedic mattress which was never comfortable for me. at this point we felt we had nothing more to lose by trying the tufts and needle mint mattress. We are happy to report it is the most comfortable mattress we slept on in a long long time.

I've only slept on the mattress for about a week now so I'm still waiting to see that I really love it before I would give you a 10. At this point though it looks pretty darn good.

Seems to be hot, body heat and the memory foam get pretty warm.
