Too firm for us. Sheets and protector come loose and cone off the mattress every 2-3 days. Pillow is too soft, not enough neck support. About to start the return process.

Everything leading up to the bed was good, but it itself is certainly on the hard side, even when I got the mint. It also sleeps a lot warmer than I was expecting...

We really like the mattress so far, even though it has only been about 2 weeks. We sleep much better and wake up more refreshed than we have in weeks.

I just got it and am still in the process of deciding if this was a good choice. So far, I am liking it. Not sure where my wife stands with it. I will need to check with her. She has been silent thus far which surprises me. I expected some response to a new mattress.
