It is really better than any other traditional mattress I have ever owned before. It really has changed my sleep, I no longer wake up restless or with backaches in the morning. I found myself sleeping longer than before. I really recommend this mattress to anyone. If you get it, give it a couple of weeks of sleeping on it before making a decision to keep it; you will want to keep the mattress.
