I slept on one of the original Tuft & Needle mattresses starting in 2014 and when I needed to get a new mattress due to relocation, I am so glad I went with the Tuft & Needle mint. It seemed like it might be most on par with the feeling of the old school original T&N based on the description. The mint is supportive but not too firm, and definitely I prefer it to the memory foam style of mattress I slept on before T&N. You are cradled by this foam, you don’t just sink into it. It’s my dog’s favorite mattress, too!

It took about a week for my wife and I to really notice a difference, but now it's been about 2 months, and WOW!!! I used to wake up sore every day, same with her. We used to have a memory foam topper, now we don't even need it!! We read several reviews talking about the bad smell from the off-gassing (the wife thought that term was funny, who am I kidding, so did I...) but we couldn't smell anything!! If you're waking up sore all the time, I would absolutely recommend this mattress. We looked at a whole bunch of different brands and price points, read a million reviews and decided this was our best choice. It did not disappoint!!!

It's a wonderful bed and I look forward to laying on it each night! So glad I'd followed the great recommendations I found in a consumer comparison report.
