So far, the comfort matches the Tempurpedic we previously had for 14 years. We needed a new mattress because our old one was starting to sag and was horrible for my bad lower back pain (L4-L5). This mattress provides great support and has eased my back pain. It is lighter than the Tempurpedic, but has the same support (at least at this stage in the game). I sure hope the support doesn't give out after 100 days. : )
AND the customer service was excellent. Our bed was delayed for over a month due to holiday shipping and T&N made it right by offering us a discount. They are quick to respond to all inquiries.

Currently giving it a 4-star review because my wife loves it, but I haven't fully come around to it just yet. We transitioned to this bed from an old spring-style mattress and I've had some back pain issues sleeping on this bed ever since. Now, I'm told that this is normal when transitioning from an old unsupportive mattress to a new foam mattress, so we'll see. I've been sleeping in this bed for about 4 weeks as of writing this, and my back pain appears to be improving, so we'll see what happens in another couple of weeks. FWIW, I'm only 35 and had no previous back pain issues, so I'm not looking for this mattress to "cure" anything I had before I started using it.

I love this new mattress! I struggle with back problems that continued to get worse. I would feel every move my boyfriend made. Now I sleep through the night without disruption and my back feels 100% better. Now I tell all my friends who are in the market for a new mattress, that Tuft & Needle is the way to go!

First night on Mint. Slept well through the night quite comfortably. Had been waterbed sleeper for last 18 years and a decade before that and was warned of others not liking foam. It is different, but also better. Waterbed was 'top line' unit but still sunk at heavy pressure places like hips and knees. Mint was firm and supportive but very comfortable. Back does feel better on Mint over waterbed. Furthermore, ALL waterbeds leak, it is just a matter of how much over how long until black mold grows in moist areas. Yuck! Disposing a waterbed is ugly. It always weighs half-a-ton and is harder than wrestling a dead steer out of your window. No. I like my Mint. More time in it will likely yield greater satisfaction. It has only been one night.
