I was so excited for this mattress after stellar reviews from family and all the amazing reviews online! The quality is totally there, I believe it was a great value for the money. However, it does not support my lower back at all which causes some serious discomfort.

When I first bought this mattress about a year ago it was a great upgrade from the mattress I had been using for about 10 years before. After about a year though it is way it has become too firm and not comfortable to sleep on anymore, causing hip pain and shoulder pain. I am on the thinner side so it's just not the mattress for me I guess. Not looking forward to buying a new mattress after only a year. I didn't notice how bad my sleep was until I slept elsewhere while out of town for two weeks.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not the right choice for me.

I had very high hopes for the Mint mattress. Unfortunately it was not what I needed in a mattress. It didn’t offer any support because it was way too soft. It made my hips hurt when side sleeping and my back hurt when back sleeping. I knew in a short period of time that I would have to return it because there was never any improvement and I seemed to have worse sleep each night. I requested to return the mattress and received my refund quickly with no hassle at all. I’m very impressed with their customer service. Some mattresses just aren’t for everyone. I’m sure it works out well for lighter people, probably anyone under about 160 max. I just don’t feel it offers enough support for anyone heavier than that.
