The most comfortable bed I have ever had

My hubby and I bought our Mint mattress five or six years ago. There has been no sagging at all. Every night when I get in bed I lie down in ultimate comfort. We went on vacation for a week and our hotel mattress was horrible. Made our hips and backs hurt so bad. Were were so grateful to get home to our Tuft & Needle. And the dogs love it too
We slept on a Tuft and Needle Mint mattress while visiting at our daughter's home recently and found it extremely comfortable. Needing to replace our queen mattress, we knew we wanted the firmness and stability of the Mint for ourselves. It was very easy to unpack and place on our box spring and has proved to be a wonderful purchase. After we got our new mattress, we recommended it to a family member who is now awaiting her new Mint!
Daughter loves her new mattress. I would definitely buy from this company again. It was easy to bring up the stairs in the box and release it in the room. It's firm you just don't sink in. I always find her in her bed now.
This mattress is a good mattress, but it's not the end-all that I was looking for. I have chronic joint pain, and my previous mattress had me waking up in a lot of pain. I switched to this, and I'm not waking up with that level of pain, but I'm also not getting that relief I was looking for when I lie down either. I guess I can say that it's working fine, but it's not as amazing as I hoped.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love our new queen mattress so far. Be aware you may not want to leave your bed! I wasn’t aware of the white glove service and would have chosen that as mattress is weighty and just for the ease and convenience of having it set up and old mattress removed. Delivery was interesting as they placed in middle of our driveway and we had to haul it up to and into house. They never rang doorbell and there was a slight drizzle. Thank goodness I checked email! Other than that so far so great!
I sat on this purchase for a pretty long time, about 6 months or so. I've read good things about Tuft & Needle and I have one of their pillows that I love, but its such a large purchase for a bed (especially without being able to try it out first). This is also the first memory foam mattress coming from a spring mattress. I can now say having had it for about 2 months that this was a worthwhile purchase. The bed is incredibly comfortable and I love the way you gradually sink into it. I have definitely been getting better sleep with this new mattress. Highly recommend!
I found this to be very, very uncomfortable. I tried it for two sleepless nights. I woke up in the middle of both nights because whatever side I was sleeping on, my shoulder and hip were in pain. I would roll to the other side, doze off, then the discomfort would wake me up again. Each time I rolled it over, it kinda felt like rolling over on something that was bouncy and protruding. Like it just wanted to spring back at me too much. Very, very uncomfortable for me and I usually prefer a medium bed.
