We are about two months into our mattress experience now. The mattress definitely showed up very firm, but it has softened up a little bit over time. We definitely prefer a firm mattress, so this is a good fit for us.
We have had our Mint mattress for a couple weeks now, and we love it!!! It is soft on top… at first it seems like it’s going to be too soft, but after a couple nights you know it’s perfect!
Nice bed, but it's on the firm side and that's making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are very pleased with our purchase of the mint mattress. It’s the perfect blend of firm, support, soft and comfort. It’s the best sleep we have had in a very long time.
I find it to be uneven feeling and gets like sorta hot at night. it hasnt been good for my back pain but everyone is different

*This mattress is a lot smaller than expected. It looks too small on our bed frame compared to our old traditional mattresses. There is a good 6" space between the end of this mattress and the foot board. It's annoying because our cats use this space to access the space under our bed
*The mattress is very hot. It doesn't seem to disperse heat any better than cheap memory foam mattresses. Don't believe Tuft & Needle's claims. This is probably the most disappointing thing about the mattress.
*We've had the mattress for one month and it's already getting indentions from where we sleep. This doesn't bode well for its durability.
Now for the positives...
*It's very comfortable. It's firm enough for my bad back but soft enough that I can sleep for hours on my side without my IT-band being on fire. I have herniated discs and pinched nerves, so the comfort factor is a huge plus.
*Shipping was fast and convenient. We ordered the week of Christmas and got it before New Year's. Getting a boxed memory foam mattress into the bedroom and set up is a lot easier than a traditional mattress.

Hi there. Thanks for your review. Our product team designed our Adaptive Foam to sleep as cool as possible, so we’re sorry to hear this hasn’t been your experience. It’s worth mentioning that certain accessories, such as high-thread-count sheets or some mattress protectors, can play a role in heat retention. As for the sizing issue, it might be a potential warranty issue. We want to remind you that all T&N mattresses sold through authorized retailers come with a 10-year limited warranty. Please reach out to support@tn.com or 877-842-2586, if you would like to pursue a warranty claim or otherwise troubleshoot.
