Great customer service but this mattress is still a little too firm for me. I exchanged it for the original so I can't return this one at this point. Still looking for a good cooling mattress topper (since I'm a hot sleeper). These don't seem to exist lol.

I bought this bed a month ago and I couldn’t be happier. It’s definitely a soft bed but it’s also firm. You don’t sink in far but it’s very cozy, nothing hard about it. Keeps you cool most nights as well. I’m a side sleeper and my boyfriend sleeps on his back, we both wake up feeling great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Got stuck quarantining with friends because you're so dependent on social contact that you know living by yourself and not being able to go out would drive you insane? They don't have a spare bed? Well other than all the other horrible bullspit that has probably happened to you and people you love over the past few however many months it's been - at least you're one step closer to getting a Tuft and Needle bed. Better than my old pre-covid mattress, hecka storable, and just comfy as heck. Also it just looks good. The grey of the mint mattress I mean it's just cozy lookin'. Also THE JERSEY SHEETS ducking YES. 10/10 will be buying another (bigger one) once we figure out (GESTURES WILDLY) ALL THIS
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hi there. Ordering and delivery was smooth and easy. Kudos for that! Regarding the actual mattress? It's honestly not exactly what we expected. We were going for that luxury hotel mattress feel and the Mint Mattress just doesn't cut it. We're looking at other mattresses/companies as we speak. We'd be open to staying with tuft and Needle if you have any suggestions, special offers to upgrade us? Let me know soon, because we're getting married in October and would like to experience that new luxury mattress feel.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Firm, no edge support, not great for side sleepers

It's okay, only a month into sleeping on it so I don't think I've adjusted yet. Not much edge support -- if you sit on the edge of the bed it will completely sink, almost to the bottom of the mattress. But, laying on the mattress it is firm. I wanted something firm so it would eventually break in to my desired softness but not too cushy, since I'm a back sleeper -- not there yet. My partner is a side sleeper and says it forces them to roll on their front or back, so maybe not a great option for strictly side sleepers.

While the mattress is comfortable and does help with pressure on joints/joint pain, the claimed benefits of it being a cooling mattress do not hold up. My husband and I often wake up sweating because of the trapped heat.
