We ordered and had our Mint mattress delivered to our house. From start to finish the process was very easy. We opened the box and the set up was very easy. My wife has a bad back and was hopeful our new Mint mattress would help. Since day 1 she no longer has problems sleeping. Just wish we had gotten it sooner. We are now and will be Tuft and Needle fans!

Love this mattress! Although firmness is subjective, it feels med/firm to me - which is what I was looking for. You don't sink in but you don't bounce off either. Knocked off one star because it still sleeps a bit warm, but that could also be due to weather where I live.

I bought the Mint and have been sleeping on it for a few weeks now. This is the best mattress I have ever slept on. It is comfortable and supportive, and there are no hot spots. I will be replacing another mattress in the fall and will be buying another Mint.

Imagine our delight when the box popped open and the mattress was ready to make for sleep in a few minutes. Then, came the joyous discovery that our backs no longer ached when we got up in the morning.
