Never received the mattress

Ordered the Mint mattress Queen size. I was supposed to receive delivery last week. On the day of the delivery they never showed up. I called customer support and they apologized and after reaching out rescheduled for today between 12-4 PM. I receive a voice message when I wake that they are outside. I had a 2nd message to call so and so. I called 4 times and it went to voice. I called Tuft and Needle again and then again apologize and told me it will be delivered in the afternoon for sure. It never arrived. I called back then decided I wanted my money back. It was involving way too much of my time. This would have been my 3rd mattress from T&N

Mattress is too hot At night, especially when you have a baby on board. I have a plastic liner on the bed so my baby doesn’t damage the mattress.

Thanks for your Mattress. I would have enjoyed a dinosaur print option but it is a quality bed regardless. I enjoy watching my dino shows in 3-D. The bed is great because I feel great while watching 3-D shows. My friend loves anime. I am a happy the bed is so beddy.
