Wish I listened to the bad reviews

I bought the mint mattress a couple months ago. After a little research and going off the good reviews I decided to just go for it.... I wish I didn’t. I spend every night tossing and turning and end up with a sore back every morning. I am never one that writes reviews but after countless sleepless nights I figured if I can spare one person from buying this mattress by writing one that that will be enough

Horrible back pain

I realize that everyone prefers a different type of mattress, but this one did not work for me. I have a preference for firm mattresses, and this was too soft and not supportive. I've had to sleep in the guest room due to the back pain I have whenever I sleep on this mattress.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great for about 6 months

Tuft & Needle mattresses are great if you want your back to be so out of whack that you can barely function. First six months was pretty nice. Maybe at such a low price, I can just buy a new one every six months.

Not for side sleepers

Was very hopeful for this mattress but I guess it is a gamble when online ordering. First problem was the delivery. The mattress was delivered by fedex and not by an actual furniture carrier. The delivery guy refused to bring it to my front door (there are steps ). I told me that my husband could help and the delivery guy just left it in front of our garage. Not okay, this thing is super heavy and I was not able to help my husband carrying it up the stairs. Second fail is when we opened the box to find a whole in the mattress protective cover and one entire side of the mattress filthy as if it was dragged on the floor before being folded in the box. Not okay to receive a dirty mattress. I cleaned it with wipes and it was gross. Now let’s talk about the sleeping... first night it felt like a dream come true, definitely much less toss and turns and I enjoyed the foam comfortability. But starting the second night it felt like the mattress was suddenly firmer and it was impossible to find a good position when sleeping on my side. (It takes a few days for the mattress to get to its proper shape as it was folded in a box) If sleeping on your back or stomach it seems fine but definitely not good for a side sleeper. Overall too firm for my liking but that is what you get when you buy a standard mattress one fits all on the internet.

Our first box mattress and the comfort level is amazing. The only problem we have is that it doesn't get cold as advertised. If I would have known that... I would have went with a different model. So I paid extra for cooling but don't have the cooling...

Great Mattress Even Better Company!

My fiancee and I absolutely love this mattress! Setup was no issue at all and it was ready within a few hours. The mattress is made with safe materials and it stays very cool, both of which were very important features with us. The best part about this mattress is the company, we had a slight issue with the order and when we called customer service it was by far the best customer service we have ever received. Thank you Tuft and Needle!

Really firm. Not good for a side sleeper. Does stay pretty cool though. The return process was pretty easy accept we had to buy another mattress somewhere else to get rid of this one.
