Heads up- this mattress is soft. It was not supportive under the back, and I had a lot of lower back pain. We returned after 30 days. The return process is very easy and I still really like the brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I was really looking forward to a brand new bed after sleeping on a used queen for the 10 years of my marriage. After hearing rave reviews of how the Tuft and Needle had done great things for friends backs, I was very disappointed. My back hurts more consistently now when waking up on this bed more than when I was on my old unsupportive bed. I’ve given it time to try to adjust, but I’m tired of waking up with a sore back. I also wake up sweaty and hot. Thankful for a 100 day return policy!

Very comfortable albeit a bit more ‘plush’ than desired. Soft shoulders make it a bit difficult for me the get in & out gracefully. Regardless, a great sleep. I would & do recommend it to others.
