It's just too firm for me, I suppose. It was okay if I was lying on my back, but when sleeping on my side I woke up a few times throughout the night with sore hips and shoulders. The mattress pad that was added later on definitely helped, but I still don't love it. : (

OMG! The best mattress EVER. We’ve spent double on a mattress that crippled our backs and hips. The Tuft and Needle mattress feels like it’s made just for us.

It is the perfect firmness; not rock hard or marshmallow soft. The sleep is refreshing on this mattress. I'm so much more comfortable. T & N's service is amazing, with fast shipping and follow-up.
