Right out of the box it provided support as well as being soft enough to alow sleeping on your side. I can’t wait to sleep on it in the summer time.

Truthfully, this bed has saved our backs! My husband suggested this bed for us after doing tons of research comparing Casper & others, and I'm so glad we did!
I'm 6 months pregnant and could not get comfortable EVEN with maternity pillows and added support. It was impossible. Now, I feel as if I'm sleeping on a cloud. My 4yr old has found her new 'hang out' location. It's a MUST!

I have no complaints. Mattress is perfect feel (soft yet supportive) and sleeps like a dream. I'm giving it a 9 instead of 10 as it was pretty smelly upon removal from package (dissipated quickly) and took longer to get here than promised, with few emails to keep me informed. But quality and performance of mattress is outstanding!
