The pillow has been comfortable so far & provided a good night's sleep, providing me with the right amount of softness & firmness. I almost did not order the pillows, but glad I did.

Great balance, firm enough for support but not excessive. Both my wife (prefers firm pillows) and myself (softer side) love these pillows!
