Bought two Twin Mint Mattresses to replace some old coil mattresses in our guest room. They are a great solution for visiting guests. The Mint mattresses are firm, give great support but also give alittle to your body.

I bought this mattress and the topper after much debate and worry about a foam mattress sleeping too hot and retaining heat. Based on their advertising and what I told in the store, that mattress sleep cool. I purchased it. It was cooler when I bought so I did not pick up on the heat issue until the weather weather warmed up. I toss and turn trying to get away from the heat. I thought it was the topper and took that off too no avail.. In addition, without the topper, the mattress is way too firm and uncomfortable. It's too firm, no give, radiate and hold heat. I toss and turn all night trying to escape the heat and get comfortable. I regret buying a foam mattress and will go back to a traditional mattress where I never had the heat issue previously. Worst purchase ever.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I'm really pleased with my new Tuft and Needle mattress. I was nervous about getting a new bed, but my daughter and son and law have had a Tuft and Needle for a few years and love it, so I thought I would give it a shot. I wake up so rested! I have fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis, so it can be tough in the morning, but this bed really gives me the right amount of support, just where I need it most.

This review is being written by Cathy. We have 2 twin xl mattresses to make a split king.
Pros: knit covers are different but nice, and they seem to keep the sheets in place much better than others. Best thing about my mattress is the way it hugs the lumbar area without feeling stuck. This is something that has been lacking in every mattress we have tried so far. FYI, this is the 5th mattress we have tried and none has been satisfactory as far as filling that lumbar area.
Cons: these mattresses are NOT cool. I wake up in a pool of sweat frequently, and I am not a super hot sleeper. They are very heavy and extremely difficult to make up with sheets. It would be much better if there were handles. The major con for me is that these barely fit in our king size frame. We have never had this problem with a mattress before. They are so large that they push the adjustable frame around, making it necessary to lift the mattress up and flip it over every day to move the adjustable frame back to the correct position due to the huge size of the mattress. I mean, it leaves no room at the head or foot frames to tuck the sheets in. That is really unacceptable.
We are still deciding on whether to keep these mattresses, but it is becoming more likely that they will be returned due to the excessive amount of physical labor required to simply make the bed (no one to help me, husband is in power chair). Which is really unfortunate, because otherwise, I really like the way these feel and sleep.

While we are glad to hear that you have finally found a mattress to provide great support while sleeping, we are sorry to hear that you've been sleeping hot and that the mattresses aren't fitting well in your frame. While it can vary from brand to brand, our mattresses measure at the industry standard which should be 39x80. The standard King is 76x80 so if you are using two Twin XL mattresses side by side, it will actually measure out to 78" wide which might be causing the problem.

This is a nice upgrade from the standard mattress, which I was happy with as well. This adds a little squish without becoming soft. I need a more firm mattress due to back issues and this one feels amazing. What I love the most, is that it can seem scary to make such a big purchase without laying on it or feeling it, but the 100 day trial period solves that issues. Take a chance if you are on the fence! The ONLY issues is that our bed frame and support beam were missing from the box. Although it took another week to get the missing parts, customer service was amazing. Very quick responses and friendly people. We now have purchased our 4th T&N mattress with zero regrets and the best sleep ever! Everyone that sleeps on them loves them and even Grandpa said his back has never felt better!
