We lived with a 'rutted' conventional spring/pillow-top mattress for about 3 years. We kind of dreaded climbing into our respective 'channels' in the bed. Now, we can't wait to climb into the tuft and needle. As goldilocks put it, "not too hard, not too soft, but just right'. My wife was fearful, thinking the mattress would be too firm. (I prefer a firmer mattress.) Now, instead of finding her napping on the sofa, she takes her naps on the bed. She loves it. We're in our late 50s. I'm 5' 10" and about 180 lbs.

It was very easy to order the matress and I was informed when it arrived. The matress felt good to sleep on & I woke up without any back pain.
