Only been a few weeks but I love this bed! It’s firm, but cozy. I can’t even feel when the dogs jump in & out at night!

The ordering and set up was not as seamless as it could have been. I appreciate how easy it was to reach customer service and how helpful they were. The delivery guys left without setting up the mattress (I did get a refund on the white glove service). That part was very stressful. The product seems good, but it's taking a while to break it in. The mattress is still hard on our hips, but I expect that over time it will soften and be a good bed.

Great mattress wish we would have had from beginning

We purchased July 2019 it is now Nov 2021 This was our fifth mattress over a 4-year period and is the best mattress that we have had the pleasure to own, and we tried them all even wasted our money on a sleep number(sent junk air mattresses back after only 30 days) we are putting this mattress on a sleep number frame and have had no problem whatsoever in fact I am ordering a second Mint twin XL mattress to replace mine (not a tuft& needle) was just waiting for another sale

We slept on a Tuft and Needle while traveling in Montana this fall. Both my husband and I commented on what an amazing nights sleep we had and asked the innkeeper what brand it was. Since we were in the market for a new one, we decided to give it a try. We’ve had it a little over a month now and are extremely pleased. So far so good!

I was a little hesitant when I first tried this mattress out (my boyfriend had one and I thought foam mattresses weren’t comfortable lol). After sleeping on it a couple times I was completely convinced. Bought one of my own and it was the best decision I have ever made!

Far and away the best mattress I have ever slept on. I was skeptical of memory foam; I've tried the Casper and many knock-off brands that only increased my back pain. My previous bed was a Saatva traditional with a memory foam topper, which was nice but still gave me aches and didn't sleep cool. I don't know what it is about this mattress but it was made for me and I'm obsessed.
