Very happy with this mattress. I'm heavier and was worried medium firmness may not be firm enough but this mattress is just right. We had a spring mattress previously but very happy with this foam mattress. It feels softer when you sit on it but firm but comfortable when you lay on it. This mattress is working great for my wife also.

It’s fine overall, but it’s not as cooling as I anticipated. It’s about the same as the lower model. I actually prefer the lower model because it’s a bit firmer.

So far, I can't stand this mattress. I've only slept on it twice because I have to be willing to give up a night of sleep to test it again. I have no word to describe how it feels other than "squishy". I tossed and turned both nights I slept on it. I have company coming in a couple of weeks and will let them try it since it's in a guest room.
