it is a great product. We have only had it for a few weeks and I can't rate it for long term. I can tell you so far I love it. Since you are asking this early in the experience I rate it as a 9. thats pretty good.

Haven’t seen the utility of it and it is always coming off the bed no matter how many times I remake the bed with the protector on it.

Good mattress company for sure, but the description of the mattress we bought, the new mint mattress, was misleading on the Tuft&Needle website. To us it feels far more soft than advertised with little support.

The mattress protector is a little stiff. The mattress is more comfortable without it.
