Because it was shipped to my house in a box, I didn't have to transport it, it unfolded itself and is very comfortable. I have no complaints

Comfortable, easy to order, knew exactly what to expect on the easy set up. Only thing I'm a bit disappointed in is that it sleeps a bit hot but I do live in the AZ desert. Not enough to not give it less than a 10!!!

so far i'm happy with the product, you designed the bed, so it only seems right to buy their protector to. Luckily i have not had to prove how good the product protects

the pillow is of high quality but it is too "fluffy" for us. We like a flatter style pillow.
