Three years later - body pain for both of us

We own the Mint Mattress in the King size. In the first year the mattress was comfortable, by the 2nd year we were both starting to have pains here and there with much less sleep. Here we are in year 3, and the support is completely gone. Edges of the bed give so much you feel like you're sleeping at an angle. No sleep position feels comfortable anymore - back, arms, shoulders.. all in pain with constant tossing/turning. We've moved to sleeping on our couch until a new mattress from a different manufacturer arrives. Definitely not worth the money unless you enjoy buying a new mattress every other year.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love this bed. We co-sleep with our baby and pup and I never feel my husband and dog on "their side" my hips don't ache anymore, such a great bed! Bought this for the safety of my family, without having to sacrifice comfort

Owned this mattress for 4yrs and still LOVE IT

My husband and I were just discussing how much we love our mattress after returning from a trip and having to sleep on another bed. Not only is it an extremely comfortable mattress but after owning it for 4 yrs it still feel new. No dips, no lumps just a great mattress!!

Awesome mattress, all beds in my house are now Tuft and Needle.
The mattress is medium firmness to me, soft enough for that comfortable feel but firm enough so the you don’t feel like you are sinking through the mattress.
I bought online, very easy. Unboxing was not too difficult and opening on the frame was easy to unroll and let expand.
There was no chemical odor at all. I put a cover and sheets etc. on and used it that night.

Does not last!! NOT FOR SIDE SLEEPERS!

I bought this mattress 3 years ago after others recommended it as being the perfect blend between firm and soft, so comfortable but supportive. It was maybe slightly firmer than I wanted, but it was still comfortable for a while at first. Loved the simplicity of the bed in a box. Fast forward 3 years later and it has somehow gotten firmer??? I’m a side sleeper and it literally kills my hips and shoulders. I’m so disappointed that I spent so much money on this thinking it would hold up well (more than other bed-in-a-boxes). Now I have to invest in another bed. Absolutely ridiculous.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It is natural for that mattress to break in over time with continual use. We recommend rotating the mattress every 6 months or so to ensure that it breaks in evenly. You mentioned that the mattress has become more firm. There is a chance that the mattress has just broken in and you feel the support base of the mattress. That mattress comes with a 10-year limited warranty that covers any indentation over 3/4 of an inch as well as any workmanship errors. Exactly what I was looking for! I had my doubts until I slept on this mattress, it supports my whole spine with the right amount of firmness… I’m a side sleeper that wakes up with aching hips, this has helped SOOOO much! It’s the right amount of firmness, exactly where I need it!
