My wife & I recently purchased the Cali King mint mattress. My wife really liked it. She slept like a baby on it. For me it was the opposite. I woke up sore everyday. It was just too firm for me. I've discovered my favorite mattress style is ultra soft. We unfortunately had to send it back. The return process was an absolute breeze. The customer service reps were very helpful & polite. I actually want to try a different Tuft & Neddle mattress just because I know if there are any issues they will get resolved. In today's era finding a company that does exactly what they say with no strings attached is priceless. Well done T&N. I will recommend this company to anyone and everyone. Even though the mattress wasn't for us, I have nothing but respect & positive things to say about T&N!! If you're on the fence about buying from them don't be and DO IT. They are a quality company with a quality product!

After hours of internet mattress review searches I finally looked into Tuft&Needle because my sister and her partner swear by their Mint mattress. Both are side/back sleepers (as well as myself) and after reading all the great reviews on the mint I had good faith that I had finally found "the one". I was very excited to receive my mattress via fed ex and had no issues with it expanding or airing it out. I didn't notice any terrible factory smell which is a plus for me because i'm sensitive to smells. That being said, my mattress is extremely firm to the point of pain as if you've spent the night sleeping on a hard wood floor. I'm nearly three weeks in now and wake up every morning with sharp pains in my lower back. I want this mattress to work for me because one: it's pricey. If i'm going to drop over a thou on a mattress I want to feel like i'm sleeping on a dream and wake up pain-free. Second: It seems like a hassle to return...I'm going to give it another couple of weeks but as of right now it's seeming like I will unfortunately have to return it and begin my dream mattress search once again. :'(
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am a side sleeper. this was a bit hard for me but I added a foam pad over it and it is perfect now.

I've never knew comfort like this. My last bed was the original. It's hard to believe that could be improved. More support is the biggest improvement for me with the mint. Plus the price. I'm a lifetime customer. I truly can't say enough about it.

Great price! Low odor, which disappeared in about 1 week. Very comfortable. Took a few nights to adjust my body but now my wife and I sleep great! I also love that the price point was there so we could upgrade to a king. Great purchase!

I bought a full size Mint a month ago. I went the whole setup with the frame and all. It was a bit too hard for my liking. I added the topper, and it is now perfect. What i don't like is that the topper slides (it is under the T&N protector) and the mattress also slides.
But i sleep better than i have in a very long time!
