It is more firm than I expected, which I like. I feel like I sleep better on it. I haven't had it long enough yet to really assess the durability long-term, so that is why I can't give it a full 10.

I enjoyed the mattress, but my wife, who suffers from chronic neck and back pain, found it too firm.

I can see where it may be too soft for some people but it works really well for my partner and I. I am a side/back sleeper and he is a stomach sleeper so we were having issues finding a mattress to fit both of us. This mattress has all the softness I like with all the support he needs. It has gotten even better as we continue to sleep on it. I do recommend having a good pillow though as that has made a difference in some back stiffness.

We no longer constantly shift around trying to find a comfortable position all night. The mattress is also much cooler and "muffles" the movement, making it good for couples.
