LOVE the new mattress with the soft top! It’s firm with a little give. SO convenient to receive it in a box at our door and easily carry upstairs. Environmentally friendly without all the wires, etc. LOVE Tuft and Needle! We have 2 now~. Highly recommend.

We like it but don’t love it. We were expecting to be “wow’d”. It’s a very nice mattress but we will probably send it back in a few weeks.

The sides don't exspand correctly on 2 of the matressess. The firmness of the matress is great
