The recommended mattress protector makes the mattress feel taut, too firm and almost unbearably hot. I am having a hard time deciding if I like this setup or if I am willing to risk staining the mattress by using it without the protective cover.

The mattress is not as soft as we are looking for. Both my husband and I are having back pain again. Additionally, there is a smell on the mattress that takes a few days to dissipate after opening.
The process of ordering and set up was wonderful.

This bed is an enormous improvement over my 2 year old beautyrest recharge mattress . I sleep soundly through the night .i love it

Excellent product! My sister recommended Tuft and Needle. I am very glad that she did! I am getting excellent nights sleep since I got my mattress! I recommended the mattress and they bought a king sized mattress and love it !

I love the bed, but my wife doesn’t. Her back has been hurting since we received bed. We are debating getting a refund, but I will wait a little longer before making the determination.
