Comfortable but had some small holes in the cover

We purchased two of these. One of them was fine but the other one had three little holes in the gray cover upon arrival. They are a little bit more firm than I would like, but pretty comfortable.

Great quality, amazing customer service but it was way too soft for us (130 and 180 lb). We ended up replacing it for the Original and could not be happier! The Original is exactly what we needed all along.

Base mattress was firmer than expected, especially when compared to our very old, cloud soft latex mattress. Adding the topper made it soft enough for my husband, who is an all-position sleeper. It is significantly heavier that our old mattress and is more rigid. I do have fewer aches and pains in the morning.
