The service is great, the packaging and shipping is fast and easy but the mattress might be too soft for me because I am heavy in the middle and sink in too far in that area.

The mattress is a little too firm. I thought that would subsides after sleeping on it for a few weeks, but it has not.

I would go with a 10 but they don’t offer to pick up your mattress like some other companies. However, the mattress is extremely comfy and good quality!

I really enjoyed sleeping on our new mattress from the very first night. The experience of purchasing a mattress online was better than I could have ever hoped for. A great company to work with!

I’m still breaking it in. First few days it was too firm. Now it’s getting better. I reserve my right to go up or down after a few more sleeps.
