The ordering and product delivery went smoothly. The Mint mattress seemed to be well made and was very comfortable. We did, however, decide not to keep the mattress as it was too soft for back sleeping and it left me feeling sore after sleeping on it. I found myself tossing and turning a lot. It was very comfortable when I slept on it on my side but I am primarily a back sleeper and apparently need a firmer mattress. The return/refund process was super easy. We ended up buying at Saatva classic mattress and we both love it.

I absolutely love this mattress. It was definitely firmer than I thought it was going to be based on the description and other reviews. Also keep in mind I’m 5’9 and 125 pounds. They sent me a mattress topper to make it softer for me free of charge! It made the mattress perfect for me. Customer service is top notch and I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family.

Consistent comfort

This mattress is medium-firm and doesn’t get as hot as our previous memory foam mattress. I like a softer mattress but my partner likes firm so we compromised with this one. Six months into the mattress and we’re sleeping through the night and rarely overheating. Would buy again!

I was worried that a foam mattress wouldn't work for myself (side sleeper) and my husband (stomach sleeper) but the Mint has been great! Super comfy and supportive and my husband who usually sleeps hot has no temperature issues. We tried the Purple Hybrid before this and it was too firm for me but the T&N Mint suits us both well!

Wonder Bed!

After so many hours and days spent researching and two phone calls to Tuft & Needle customer service, I went for the Mint King size. It’a delicious bed and I immediately noticed pain free sleep fir the first time in years! We got this bed bc we cosleep with our 10month old daughter. My partner is a side sleeper and he’s sleeping happily every night. Im a back and side sleeper and still nursing, so the extra support at the edges is very helpful. Only 4 stars bc it’s not as firm as Id like it which makes me think I shouldve gone for the Original. Overall, a great bed.

Great mattress but still pretty firm after a year

I bought the mint because it seemed like the right fit for me for firmness. Well after a year it's still a bit on the firm side and I even like a firm mattress. The issue is that mattresses are so subjective that's it's hard to judge. It did soften up some and is tolerable now but looking back I wonder if I should of bought the regular one and put my own topper on it. Since this mattress is so thick, there no way to add a topper and put any kind of normal sheet on it. The thing that I'm most happy about is that it hasn't shown any signs of canoeing" or sagging like I've had with most other mattresses. Overall it's been go so far and worth the money paid for it and I have recommended it to several of our friends.
