Comfort. It's a perfect balance between soft and firm. I've gone through a number of mattresses, both inner spring and foam based and thus far this is the first that has managed to get the comfort balance just right.

It is neither hot nor cool to sleep upon. I do not shift positions several times during the night as I used to on my old mattress.

The mattress is ok. It is not as soft as we would like. We are hoping that it breaks in a little more and then maybe it will be better.
