We've only had the mattress a few weeks. We find it to be firm yet supportive.

There is a dip in foam where I rest my head. I have noticed that it has not returned to its original state but I want to give the mattress a fair shot so still assessing it during the 100 day trial period

My husband likes a softer mattress and I like firm. This mattress was acceptable to both of us, something I thought I would never find.
