As of right now, the bed is hurting my back a little. It may still require some more time to "break-in". It is very comfortable when I sleep, I just wake up with a sore back. If that improves my rating will improve. If not, I may consider returning.

The firmness is perfect for me, it’s coll all night, best mattress I’ve ever had and I’m 70.

Firm support, but it’s still comfortable too. I don’t wake up with back, neck, or shoulder pain like I did with our old innerspring Serta mattress. Very happy!

Soft but firm. We just set it up in our new place and slept on it for one night. Getting use to it, so far very happy with the purchase.
