The mattress is EXTREMELY heavy. You should offer a service of delivery where the mattress is carried upstairs. The web site demo of unboxing the mattress leaves out the fact that the boxed mattress weighs a ton. My husband has back problems & I am just one person. Even with a dolly I could not get it up the set of steps. I had to hire another company to do that. Ditto with platform bed, offer a service where they carry it upstairs.
