Firm like a good innerspring. Soft like a pillow top. All without being so thick, I have to look for special huge sheets.

Comfortable mattress and quick delivery. Help is needed to set up it is extremely heavy. Also the legs on metal frame need to be moved away from the edge, it is too easy to stump your toes. I had to wrap the legs with bubble wrap to cushion so doesn't hurt as much. This design issue needs to be address.

The fact that after one night, I was hooked. I’m starting to feel improvement in my back after only one week. Second to that is the experience. It was a pleasure to order it from my home and not have to go to a store and deal with sales people.

Not sure yet. We are having concerns with the edges of the bed not being square. We purchased a pair of twin XL... they do not fit together very well. I would, at this point, discourage anyone from purchasing 2 twin XL Mint beds to make a king. Otherwise the purchasing experience and the beds seem fine.

A wonderful mattress that was easy to set up. The mattress gives a very good night of sleep. I would definately recommend a Tuft and Needle mattress.

I wasn’t prepared for the weight, I’m clever and was able to flip the mattress box up and over up the steps. It’s too firm, I’m a side sleeper and it needs to be softer...I still feel as if I’m just on top. I had high hopes and it’s a bummer I need to wait to return it.
