My husband is not happy with this mattress. He said when he sits on the bed to put his pants or socks on the mattress sags or sinks down and he almost slides off onto the floor. Please advise me what I need to do to return the mattress for a refund. Thank you.

Overall the mattress is great - very comfortable for this female very petite mostly-side and occasional-back sleeper. No hip soreness anymore, which I was experiencing with my previous mattress. The low motion transfer is fantastic; I can barely feel my restless boyfriend moving at all. The mattress's edge support while sitting isn't what I was hoping for, but perhaps I'm expecting too much edge support for a foam mattress. I aired the mattress out for three days with the window open before using it. A little off-gassing at first but not bad at all. I also bought the mattress protector, which I like as well; it's very nicely constructed and quiet. Shipping was fast. The mattress was packed very well but is obviously heavy as heck, so two people are highly recommended to move the mattress up stairs.
