Great value for the price!

I purchased an original king size mattress about three years ago. I read almost every review on the site before I made my purchase and decided to take the plunge. I'm glad I did, as it was an excellent value for the price, has held up well and still sleeps very comfortably. The ONLY con I have is that my mattress sleeps extremely hot (hence, 4 out of 5 stars). Some nights I wake up literally drenched in sweat. I'm sure a lot has changed regarding the materials used in the three years since I made my purchase. Hopefully the "sleeping hot " issue has been fixed. If so, you will not be disappointed with your purchase!

Love this mattress! I was waking up with sore neck and shoulders due to our squishy "pillow top". Ordered the Mint Mattress and it's amazing. Sleep soundly and wake up with no aches.

My wife and I really like this mattress. We sleep on our sides, backs and stomachs. The mattress is a little firm for sleeping on our sides and perfect for our backs or stomachs. It has a unique feel. If you push on it with your hand or sit on the edge, it feels soft, but when you lay on it, it feels fairly firm. There is just a little of the slow response you get from memory foam, but I wouldn't categorize it as memory foam. I also tend to wake up hot in the middle of the night, and this mattress has been very good from that aspect. This mattress feels cooler through the night than our last one.

My husband and I purchased the Mint mattress about a year and a half ago. We've been through a few rounds of seasons, types of sheets and blankets. I have to conclude that the temperature discomfort is solely from the mattress. It feels like the mattress "holds" body heat and you can't really get away from the heat IN the mattress. I feel like the advertising that the Mint is "cooling" is unfortunately just not true for us. I would say that is also true for the pillows that came as part of our mattress purchase. I can easily replace the pillows, but not the mattress or the money invested.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

After exhaustive research on beds I landed on the T&N Mint Mattress and I can honestly say it's the best mattress I've ever slept on! I've only been sleeping on it for about 6 weeks now, but gone are the days waking up with a back ache. I am a combo side/stomach sleeper and find it to be the perfect amount of firmness to sleep on my side through the night. There is less support if you only sleep on your stomach/back, but if you're a combo sleeper like me this may just be the mattress of your dreams!
