It’s somehow soft and supportive at the same time. Just the right amount of sink that you feel cozy but not stuck. My husband likes more firm and I like soft and this was perfect in the middle

The two most important things to my husband and I about welcoming a new mattress into our home were health & comfortability, in that order. Sadly, the health component comes first because just about every mattress out there is TOXIC to your health. The testing this mattress has passed (research the certs they’ve earned) makes us feel confident that we are not inhaling/sleeping on countless toxic chemicals for 8 hours a day. The firmness is perfect for us also — which is subjective! We trust our mattress and that is the biggest reason for the 5-star review.
