I'm very unhappy with it. It's fine when I sleep on my back; but, I am a side sleeper. From the reviews I read I thought it would be softer. How do i go about returning it?

This is my third memory foam mattress, but my first T&N. I'm 6'1" about 190 pounds, and my wife is 5'3" and about 120 pounds. I sleep on my side, she sleeps...every way possible. We both have remarked on the quality of the construction, the comfort, and the fact that the mattress remains cool through the night. Those are all improvements over the previous non T&N mattresses.

No tossing and turning! Perfectly curves to my body, I’m a side sleeper who is only 118 pounds. Perfect mattress for couples. Gives us the support we need, no sinking towards the center of the bed. Definitely recommend buying this mattress!!!
