When we first got our mattress we tried to adjust for a few weeks. We thought the mattress was on the firmer side, so I contacted customer service and they were a delight to work with. The sent us a free topper for our mattress and we absolutely love it. As a reference my partner and I are both under 140 lbs.

This mattress is awesome! Firm enough to sleep on my stomach or back and soft enough for my girlfriend to sleep on her side! I’ve also always been a hot sleep and have yet to have any issues in my mint mattress. Our puppy Murray often disappears only to be found in bed enjoying a nap. Overall, very happy with our mint after 6 months of use.

The Mint mattress is a bit firmer than expected. However, after about a week of sleeping on it, my wife and I got used to the firmness and now find it extra supportive. While the mattress is cooler than what we've had in the past, it's not as cooling as we anticipated. The cooling is especially reduced with the mattress protector, which we're no longer using.
Not sure if other brands offer a mattress with better cooling properties, but we've decided to keep the Mint.
