It is a hot mattress. Getting used to it, and it still has a slight odor. Better than a Casper, but not as good as a Warrior. Have all 3 at our house. Rift and Needle was a little disappointing.

So far so good. My neck doesn't feel much better but my back does. And I think my wife's back is better. Would've been closer to a '10' if you'd taken our old mattress -- it was a beast to drag down from 2d floor and out to trash.
