It is firm, but allows my shoulders and hips to sink into a supportive cushion.

Let’s be honest and upfront with the mattress It needs at least 48 hours to omit the factory chemical smell that emits after following the recommended opening instructions and only waiting a couple of hours to air-out before covering with bedding sheets. After 72 hours of room air expose and a wet dry vacuum application, we finally were able to rid those chemical odors.. aside from that long process, we would easily have given it a 10, the feel and comfort are excellent..

Just the right firmness. Amazing support for myself, a belly and side sleeper, and my husband, a back sleeper.
No problem with feeling hot. We actually have flannel sheets on now, for winter.
Best nights sleep I've had since I was a kid!!! =)))))
And..... reasonably priced and made in the USA!
