No need to add a topper! All the other mattresses I’ve ever purchased I’ve had to buy a topper to make them comfortable enough but this one is perfect as it is!

I thought, maybe, just maybe that this bed would be a little bit harder, especially on the edges but, it’s not, exactly. It’s probably more medium hard than hard. I probably picked the wrong thing but it would be a hassle to return it so I’m keeping it as it’s in the guestroom — since I think most visitors/people will enjoy it.
