My son was sick and complained backache after he slept on his old mattress couple days. Therefore I switched him to tuft and needle mint mattress and he didn’t complain backache.

We have only had the mattress for a couple weeks now but we have only had worse back pain than with our last mattress. We will give it another couple weeks before we decide how we feel about it but right now its not all that great
