Our mint Tuft and Needle mattress is very comfortable! We have had it almost 3 months now. It was easy to unroll onto our box spring (with 2 people) and there was little odor (though my husband found it unpleasant for the first night). The Mint mattress feels firm but has enough give. As an average sized woman, I find it best for side sleeping; when I sleep on my back my lower back hurts a bit (which did not happen with my inner spring mattress). The mattress does seem to retain heat. This has been fine for the winter, but I am a tad concerned about the summer heat here in CA.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The mattress is very stiff so we are still trying to see if it will work for us. We got the mattress protector and it does appear to prevent the cooling effect of the mattress.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I sleep soundly for 5-6 hours and then I can’t get comfortable again. My ribs get sore. I’m a side sleeper, I can’t sleep on my back or stomach. I’m not sure what to do but we are sticking it out hoping it continues to break in. My husband is sleeping soundly for that 6 hour period too but gets stiff and then it’s hard to get comfortable again. He’s a back and side sleeper.

This is one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. We looked for a new mattress for over a year and with all our research we did we decided to go with this one. Has all the features of the more expensive mattresses, but costs a lot less. I’m a side sleeper and so it’s hard to find mattresses that work for me, but this mattress was the ticket. I also live in Southwest Arizona where the temperatures outside can reach well over 120 in the summer and 100 at night. This mattress keeps me nice and cool and that is a Plus!!
