Only had it 10 days and still feels hard. I will give it another week or so and may add a topper. So far I am really liking it.

The mattress is firm, though not painfully so and does not transfer movement. The off gasing was not nearly as bad as other mattresses I've had.

Instantly, I slept more minutes than I did on my old mattress. Less pain, less stiffness in the morning. I would never go back to any other type of mattress! Really a life changer for me.

Better communication when there is a delay in shipping. Improve the smell of the pillows and mattress. We have had our mattress 2 weeks now and it still has an unpleasant odor. Also, our 12in king mattress only expanded to 11 in.
