I was a skeptical and worried at first, but I absolutely love my new mattress! I was worried it would be too soft as well when I first felt the top, however with sheets on it, it firms up a touch and give a great balance of making contact, but also providing support.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The mattress is great and supports my back, but why did it open and unfurl upside down? I had a hell of a time flipping it over since it's a king. Whew!

2nd mint mattress (first bought the split king 2 twins ant it was amazing but the divide didn’t work for us so switched to a queen size). It seems more firm but that’s probably because it’s new. Happy with the bed.

Does not sleep cool

My husband and I bought this bed because we wanted to sleep cooler than the original T&N we already owned. We feel no difference. The foam heats up underneath us. Also, after a 1 1/2 years of owning, it is too soft for us and we are both starting to experience low back pain. Disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
