This mattress is very firm! We have slept on the original and the mint was highly recommended. We purchased the mint and discover it was much firmer than we anticipated. We did receive a topper to try and help with the discomfort but for the time being we’re still undecided. If you are looking for a firm sleeping option- this one is for you!!

The bed is comfortable and my back doesn't hurt. At first it was a little hard for me but I got a mattress topper and now it's great. Glad we got it!

I've only had this mattress for a month and a half but I immediately noticed how cool the mattress keeps us since sleeping on it. My fiance used to sweat every night on our old mattress and hasn't had that problem once since sleeping on the T&N Mint. Also, its SUPER comfortable for side sleeping and has helped my back tremendously as well as helping me feel rested when I wake up. I love this mattress and recommend it to friends and family.

We purchased 2 T&N mints a year ago. Initially I was concerned that they would be too soft but after some coaxing, I fell in line. When they arrived, proper prep times for expansion were observed. Things seemed fine for me for maybe 2 months then back aches arose. I played with the foundation extensively: adding cardboard, closed cell foam or plywood to see if it would alleviate the problem to no avail. The mattress is simply not..”durable” if that makes sense. I feel like I sink into it further and further through the night. If you’re a stomach sleeper this is NOT for you. For reference I’m 210-220, in shape: broad shoulders and build.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I thought the Mint twin mattress would be softer. It isn't "firm" just too firm for me. Had to get a topper. Also it does NOT work with an adjustable frame! It folds at the butt but the foot end just goes straight up and does not fold at the back of the knee.
