I would've preferred the mattress to be a little firmer. Also, the pillows have a very strong smell of chemicals, even stronger than the mattress.

This is the most amazing mattress ever! I was apprehensive ordering off the net with no chance to try before I buy (even with the money back guarantee), but my husband and I have zero complaints. The ONLY issue is that we used our old boxspring and this mattress is larger on all sides so there's hang. Easily hidden by the duvet, but it does make sitting on the bed sort of uncomfortable because there's literally no support. Still, this just speaks to how amazing their bed is, that it's bigger than our old one!

Its firm but yet you feel like you're sleeping on air, especially with the topper. So glad that I decided on Tuft & Needle. Told many of my friends about it. The pillows are great too. I am very picky about my pillows and am ready to push my favorite aside by replacing with a Tuft & Needle
